We typically process orders within 3-5 business days. Please allow 7-10 days from the date of payment for shipping and handling of orders (if weather permits).
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Your order should arrive within 1-2 business days.

We ship anywhere in the United States, as well as P.O. Boxes and Army Post Office (A.P.O) addresses abroad.
Orders received after 2pm will be processed the following business day.
Ship days are Monday-Wednesday, Thursday if delivery is available.
Local orders are shipped via UPS Next Day or Ground, USPS or Fedex.

When temperatures rise to 80 degrees F and above, we pack your orders with ice packs and insulation. We check the temperature in your area before shipping to make sure your order arrives in the best condition. We highly recommend shipping to a location where the chocolate can be delivered inside or someone will be there to receive it. Occasionally, we will delay shipments when temperatures are exceptionally hot. If your order arrives melted, we would be happy to replace it with the same item, or another of similar value. If you live on O’ahu, you’re able to order for pick up at our retail space at the farm. This option is available at checkout. Orders are typically ready for pick up within 2-4 days from date of purchase. You will receive an email once your order is processed and ready for pick up.
