Seasonal Dark Autumn 70% Bar Limited Edition 2023

Our most recent batch of bars made from the 2022 Autumn pod harvest is perhaps the most complex and delicious yet.  Our Autumn bars always  boast the rich, full-bodied character of a chocolate brownie punctuated with Bourbon-caramel notes, but this season's bar delivers an unexpected and gloriously creamy mouthfeel reminiscent of cappuccino on the finish! A bit of a fruity (banana?)at the meltpoint = yum. Truly a treat on the tongue!  Pairs beautifully with Port wine, Amaro and Malbec.
